Julia Hockey Mazur demonstrated extraordinary resilience and determination by achieving a double major in Marketing and Sports Management, all while courageously battling cancer. Despite the immense challenges she faced, Julia remained dedicated to her studies, exemplifying a remarkable commitment to her education and future. Tragically, Julia's life was cut short before she could receive her degrees in person. In honor of her unwavering spirit and accomplishments, her degrees were awarded posthumously to her mother, Carey Mazur, who accepted them with pride and love. Julia's legacy continues to inspire all who knew her.
